Our Story
We believe the best communities are built on presence, not posts
Inner Circle started from a simple observation: the most meaningful relationships between creative spaces and their communities don't happen through social media algorithms or mass email blasts.
They happen in quiet moments. A private viewing before the public opening. A studio visit that turns into a conversation that lasts hours. A dinner where collectors become friends and collaborators.
We saw galleries struggling to maintain those connections at scale. Artists losing touch with the people who believed in them early. Members clubs trying to recreate intimacy with tools built for broadcast.
The platforms that existed were either too complex, too expensive, or designed for a different kind of community entirely—one optimized for growth metrics rather than genuine connection.
“We don't want more followers. We want deeper relationships with the people who already care.”
— What we heard from every creative space we talked to
So we built something different
Inner Circle is designed around how creative communities actually work. Not how Silicon Valley thinks they should work.
We talked to gallery owners, studio managers, membership directors, and independent artists. We learned what they needed wasn't another marketing tool—it was a way to nurture the relationships they already had.
The result is a platform that feels less like software and more like an extension of your space. Simple tools for hosting gatherings, sharing updates, and creating tiers of engagement—all without losing the intimacy that makes your community special.
We charge a percentage of what you earn, not a monthly fee, because we believe our success should be tied to yours. If you're not generating revenue, you shouldn't be paying us.
What we believe
Intimacy scales differently
You can't automate genuine connection, but you can create the conditions for it to flourish. That's what good tools should do.
Your community is yours
The people who care about your work shouldn't be held hostage by a platform. Your relationships belong to you.
Simplicity is a feature
You have art to make and spaces to run. Technology should fade into the background, not demand your attention.
Sustainability matters
We're building a company that can support creative communities for decades, not a startup chasing an exit.
Who we are
Inner Circle is a small, intentional team. We're designers, engineers, and community builders who believe technology should serve human connection, not replace it.
We're based in London, but we work with creative spaces around the world. We're always happy to hear from the communities we serve.
