Welcome to Inner Circle. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Inner Circle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Inner Circle provides a membership platform for cultural and creative spaces to build and manage their communities. We offer tools for membership tiers, event management, communication, and payment processing.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of Inner Circle, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Fees and Payment

Inner Circle charges a commission on paid memberships and ticketed events. Current rates:

• 20% commission on paid transactions
• 15% commission for registered nonprofits
• Free memberships and events incur no fees

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Additional processing fees (approximately 2.9% + 30¢) are deducted by Stripe before our commission is calculated.

5. Community Guidelines

You agree not to use Inner Circle to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute spam or malicious content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Interfere with the platform's operation

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create on Inner Circle. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide our services. Your member data belongs to you, and you can export it at any time.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data, but your access to the platform will end.

8. Disclaimers

Inner Circle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the content they create.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Circle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
