What does it cost to use Inner Circle?

There are no upfront costs or monthly fees. We take a 20% commission on paid memberships and ticketed events. If you only offer free tiers and free events, you pay nothing. Our success is tied to yours.

How do payments work?

We use Stripe Connect for secure payment processing. When a member subscribes, the payment is processed, Stripe takes its standard fee, we take our commission, and the rest goes directly to your bank account within a few days.

Can I offer free membership tiers?

Absolutely. Many communities use free tiers to welcome newcomers before inviting them into paid experiences. We don't take any commission on free memberships—ever.

What if I want to run free events?

Free events are completely free for you too. Host as many free gatherings as you'd like. We only take commission on paid transactions.

How does this compare to other platforms?

Most membership platforms charge monthly fees regardless of your revenue. Our model means you never pay more than you earn, and we're genuinely invested in your community's success.

Can I change my pricing later?

Yes. You can adjust tier pricing, add new tiers, or restructure your offerings at any time. Existing members keep their current rate unless you choose to migrate them.

What happens if I want to leave?

There are no contracts or commitments. You can export your member data and close your account whenever you choose. Your community belongs to you.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?

Yes. Registered nonprofit organizations qualify for a reduced commission rate. Get in touch with us to learn more.
